This young woman underwent closed rhinoplasty surgery to reshape her nose. Her main concerns were her dorsal hump and nasal tip. The projection of the nose was reduced, the nasal bridge was narrowed and shortened, and a tip plasty was performed. Dr. Philip Solomon carried out the closed rhinoplasty at his Toronto clinic.
