Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 84

Patient had a consultation with Armen Vartany, M.D. in Burbank, CA. Her main concerns were a dorsal hump, and a droopy and wide tip. She complained that her nose would droop more when she smiled. Dr. Armen Vartany recommended and performed primary intranasal functional rhinoplasty (with septoplasty) to correct the deviated septum and nasal defects.
