Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 226

Patient had a consultation with Armen Vartany, M.D. in Burbank, CA.  Patient’s main concerns were a dorsal hump and a droopy tip.  Patient complained that it would droop more when they smiled.  Dr. Armen Vartany recommended and performed primary intranasal rhinoplasty to correct the nasal defects.  Overall facial symmetry was improved significantly with subtle and natural looking changes.
